We will be spending 7 weeks diving into the full spectrum of the 7 chakras, 7 directions, 7 senses and how they work together creating the Seven Sacred Sources! 

Each week we’ll focus on a different chakra, the direction and a sense associated with it. A guided meditation and sound bath connected to that chakra will amplify the lesson.
